As an Investor Relations – Capital Raising professional, you help investors discover how Eqvion-GDBM can change the market and how they can benefit – and you build loyalty by maintaining those investor relationships. In this role, you will act as both a resource and a mentor to your fellow Eqvion team members. You also collaborate with the financial industry to find opportunities to connect customers with Eqvion’s infrastructure tools and solutions that help their business thrive.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with at least five years of relevant capital raising experience and a strong understanding of the Financial Sector to join the Eqvion CR- team.

The role will exercise and develop your general management skills, partnering with and supporting across all levels. You will manage confidential information without exception. You will participate in challenging, fast paced execution and will contribute big picture thinking and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the capital raising process for the company’s business in coordination with the senior management team.
  • Identify potential investors and develop proper points of access, both direct and indirect, in order to develop relationships for capital raising with institutional/ corporate, and high net worth investors, etc.
  • Responsible for meeting with and disseminating information to investors and prospective investors.
  • Prepare presentation materials for annual investor meetings.
  • Organize meetings with investors to review investment strategy and performance.
  • Create memorandums and marketing materials..
  • Coordinate marketing meetings with prospective investors.

  • ~ 2-4 years’ experience from a top tier management consulting company or within M&A, corporate finance or investment management.
  • Established network of developed institutional investors globally
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Network and experience from tech companies from various sectors is meriting, as well as a genuine interest in new business models, growth companies and tech.
