Leadership Search & Succession
By searching both broadly and targeted at the same time, we find candidates who match all wishes.
Our Search is an advanced search for candidates in a large network that is woven together by private contacts and NES agent solid candidate networks (Executive Club – Nordic) for qualified managers and specialists. We specialize in finding and attracting people who are not actively looking for a new job.
Headhunting is a more direct search for ”cold” candidates, i.e. candidates who have not said or shown that they are open to new opportunities. A list of concrete names of key persons and/or companies is drawn up. The candidates are contacted and the assignment/company is presented.
Interim recruitment
NES agent has a large network of qualified interim consultants. We are particularly strong in IT, Industry, finance and economics but have extensive experience in this type of assignment in other areas as well.
The interim service offers a quick solution to an urgent problem, without risks. Most of the time, the Interim Consultant goes into a time-limited assignment, but it has happened more than once that it seems to have arisen and that the solution has become permanent.
